This policy covers purchases of the 15-Day Journaling Challenge (the “Challenge”), sold by Icons Of Impact FZ-LLC, trading as Don’t Waste Your Life Away (“DWYLA”).

Icons Of Impact FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ) under registration number 0000004097282.

This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1.3

We handle all refund and withdrawal requests ourselves. Payments are processed by Stripe, and approved refunds are paid back through Stripe.

1.4

Where this policy and the law give you different rights, the one more favourable to you applies. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

1.5

Our free resources, such as our weekly planner, are free of charge, so this policy does not apply to them.

2.1

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason.

2.2

To withdraw, do one of the following within the 14 days:

• use our withdrawal form here.

• email us at support@dontwasteyourlifeaway.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw

You can use the model withdrawal form in section 10. We will confirm that we have received your notice.

2.3

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used and at no cost to you.

2.4

Consumers in other countries whose law gives them a right to withdraw from or cancel a digital purchase keep that right, for the period their law provides.

3.1

If you are not covered by section 2, purchases are generally non-refundable. You can request a refund by emailing support@dontwasteyourlifeaway.com within 14 days of your purchase, stating the reason.

3.2

We review each request individually and decide at our discretion whether to grant a full refund, a partial refund or no refund. Approving one request does not oblige us to approve similar requests.

3.3

This does not affect your rights if the Challenge is faulty or not as described (section 4), or any right the law of your country gives you

3.4

We may refuse discretionary refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or repeated purchases and refund requests.

4.1

If the Challenge is faulty, cannot be accessed, or does not include what we described when you bought it, you have legal rights to have it fixed, a price reduction or a refund. EU, EEA and UK consumers have these rights under their national consumer laws, and other countries have similar rules. Personal dissatisfaction with the content or your results does not make the Challenge faulty.

4.2

If something isn’t working, email support@dontwasteyourlifeaway.com with the email address you used to buy and a short description of the problem. If we can’t fix it, we will refund you.

5.1

We will cancel an order and refund you in full if:

• the price was clearly wrong because of an obvious error

• a purchase was made by someone under 18 without a parent or guardian’s consent

• you were charged more than once for the same purchase by mistake

6.1

Email support@dontwasteyourlifeaway.com with:

• the email address you used to buy

• your order reference, if you have it

• whether you are withdrawing under your legal rights (section 2), requesting a discretionary refund (section 3), or reporting a problem (section 4)

6.2

We aim to reply within 5 working days.

6.3

Approved refunds are paid back through Stripe to your original payment method. They usually appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

6.4

Refunds are made in US Dollars (USD), for the amount you actually paid, including any discount applied. We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates or by fees your bank or card provider charges.

6.5

Refunds are paid only to the person who made the purchase, using the original payment method.

If you receive a refund, your access to the Challenge ends.

Please contact us at support@dontwasteyourlifeaway.com before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly. This isn’t required and doesn’t limit your lawful dispute rights. Access to the Challenge may be suspended while a dispute is reviewed.

We may update this policy. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase. Changes will never reduce your mandatory rights.
